This three-bedroom villa is situated along the main road on Klong Dao opposite Slow Down and Banana Resort where you can cross over to access the beach reachable in few minutes walk. The great thing about this villa is the large grass covered backyard with walls for privacy and also protection for younger kids away from traffic. Private parking lot for car and bikes inside the gate.

Entrance leading in to a hallway that runs through the house to the backside. On left side you have one bedroom with a single bed and right side a Tv room with with a Smart-Tv, sofa and a foldable doors than be closed up for using the Aircon in only that area. Further along the hallway you have two bedrooms with a queen size double in each, some storage and air-conditioning as well.

There are two bathrooms where the first one been renovated this year and washing machine installed. On the other side of hallway an open are used for games – kids favorite hang-out – and a working desk. A vault leads in to the kitchen and dining area where you also can access the back yard and garden. Kitchen is newly installed as well and has a fridge/freezer, gas stove, micro wave, blender, coffee maker and a diversity of kitchen equipment for easy cooking. Private WiFi router installed by optic cable.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of electricity of 1500 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
