Description

Villa apartment of about 80 square meters - part of a two-story villa divided into a living room with combined semi-open kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom. Very affordable for long stay rental. A car or motorbike is required for a comfortable stay and takes less than five minutes down to the main road.

A staircase leads from the garage entrance, where you can park motorbike or car, to the apartment with a spacious terrace facing west towards the sunset. Double doors open onto kitchen and living room with two bedrooms on either side of the living room.

The kitchen in the rear of the apartment has a dining area for four persons and is equipped with fridge / freezer, gas stove / oven, micro, water cooler and various household items. The living room has a sofa and chill area for five persons as well as flat screen TV with HDMI. Tiled bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and storage.

Bedroom 1 contains a king size double bed, wardrobe and AC. Bedroom 2 contains a single bed, one queen size double bed, chest of drawers and AC. The two bedrooms have windows and sliding doors facing the sunset.
