Description

A villa built in slope with where entrance from north side is mentioned as ground floor. Large kitchen/family room with dining area for six persons. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, gas/electric stove, washing machine, microwave, assorted kitchen utensils, cold water dispenser. A bathroom with toilet, sink and hot water shower. Air conditioner is placed in the living room area that also has a sofa set and 55 inch UHD Smart-Tv. Sliding door from the living room to the pool deck with a flap table, parasol and four chairs, three sun loungers and a kidney shaped pool.

Bedroom 1 contains a king size double bed, large closet and air conditioner. Private bathroom with toilet, sink and  hot water shower. A hallway type of access to bedroom 2 contains a king size double bed, large closet and air conditioner. An older Tv with HDMI connection is placed here for gaming och Dvd. A bathroom with toilet and sink.

Staircase leading down to the lower floor to bedroom 3 with two singels beds, aircon and a bathroom with hot water shower, sink and toilet. Since the villa is built in slope this lower bedroom have sliding doors towards a smaller terrace on the south side.

For longer stay
Utilities are read by meter and cleared monthly 7 THB/kWh and 20 THB per cubic meter water.
*If christmas and new year is included in your stay, minimum two months are required

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 3000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
