Description

Two-story pool villa about 200 square meters with close to the beach including a separate bedroom in the stand-alone pavilion – all set in a beautiful lush garden. Stylish decorated with many fine Thai details. Spacious kitchen combined with the living room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Ground floor
Large kitchen/living room with dining area for six persons. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, gas/electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, all kinds of kitchenware and cold water machine and air-conditioner. Large bathroom in tiles with shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom 1 contains a king size bed, wardrobe, ceiling fan and AC. Bedroom 2 contains a king size bed, desk, closet, ceiling fan and air-conditioner. The living room has a 32 inch Smart-Tv in connection with a sofa.

Upper floor
Bedroom 3 contains a queen size bed, desk and air-conditioner. Spacious, open living area with air-conditioner and a sofa for three persons which can be turned into as sofa bed for one person. A 49 inch curved Smart-Tv. Access to a 10 sq.m. balcony with sea view.

The pavilion
The pavilion is separated from the rest of the house and contains the bedroom 4 with a king size bed, small lockers, ceiling fan and air-conditioner. The pavilion also includes a large, tiled bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink.

Large covered terrace furnished with a dining area for six persons and seating area. Pool deck with private pool of about 27 sq.m. with seating area, outdoor shower and sun beds. There is also a small parking for motorbikes on the plot.

Price per week is valid from min 5 up to 27 night’s stay and only an estimate for a quick calculation. In the Booking Confirmation, we will divide price per week according to the actual number of nights booked, following the discount plan and season rates that differs during high, peak and green season.

Long stay reservations from 28 nights or more will be discounted as per details in the Booking Confirmation.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 5000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
