Description

The sliding doors access the combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, electric stove, hood, micro, dishwasher, cold water dispenser and various household items that car be stored in the wall cabinets. The living area also holds a dining area. The hallway outside one of the bathrooms have plenty of storage for cleaning equipment and all bed linen.

Bedroom 1 contains a 180 cm wide king double bed. Bedroom 2 contains a queen sized double bed, 150 cm wide. Bedroom 3 on the left side loft has two single beds and a dedicated working area facing the sunset. Bedroom 4 on the loft has two single beds that can easily be set as a double bed, working desk and some storage. Here you also have access to the roof terrace. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The two bathrooms has a shower with hot water, sink and toilet. Washing machine combines with a tumble dryer is installed in one bathroom.

There is a generous pool deck around the private pool with outdoor dining area, resting chairs, bean bags to use as sun loungers and a spacious wooden pavilion to hang out – perfect for the afternoon nap in the shadow. Outdoor stairs leads you up to the roof terrace for enjoying the sunset hours.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 5000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
