Description

One bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom and combined kitchen/living room on the ground floor. An inflatable queen size mattress can host an adult or two children. Bathroom with hot water shower, toilet and sink. A light equipped kitchen with electric stove and dining table for fours persons.

Sala with hammock and pool outside is shared as a part of the common area. Internet/WiFi router is in the reception for connection wireless and sometimes it is better signal to bring the device to reception area or out in the sala. The bedroom has the best connection according to the owner.

Weekly cleaning is included however laundry is not included but there is a laundry service just across the street for bedlinen and your private laundry. Walking distance to the beach is just few hundred meters passing Pearl Beach and some resorts where you also have more restaurants along the beach side. Some really good restaurants ar found along the main road a few minutes walk from the unit.

Long stay min 2 months or more, 25’000 THB / month

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 1200 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
