Ground floor
From the street level there is a staircase to entrance where a hall access to three bedrooms. Bedroom 1, on your left side, with sea view and exit to the terrace, contains a king size bed, large wardrobe, chair, mirror, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Directly adjacent to bedroom 1 is a bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom 2, on your right side, with sea view and exit to the terrace, contains a king size bed, open wardrobe, bed side tables, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Bedroom 3, further down the hallway, contains a king size bed, single bed, open wardrobe, chair, bed table, ceiling fan and air condition. From the hallway you aslo acess the second bathroom containing a shower, toilet and sink.

Upper floor
Large combined living and dining area for eight persons and a leather sofa and two arm chairs for five persons, a 34 inch wall mounted Smart Tv and two remote controlled ceiling fans. From the living room and the dining area you access a very large covered terrace with seating in rattan for ten persons facing the sunset. Guest toilet is directly adjacent to the living room.

Kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, gas/electric stove, microwave and various kitchen utensils. From the kitchen there is access to bedroom 4, which includes a king size bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Adjacent to this bedroom there is a toilet, sink and shower.

The terrace offers a stunning ocean view across the Andaman Sea, Koh Ha and Phi Phi islands. The villa has its own private pool area with a pool of about 40 sq.m. incl. a children’s section, sun loungers and a Thai pavilion for relaxing moments.

Price per week is valid from min 5 up to 27 night’s stay and only an estimate for a quick calculation. In the Booking Confirmation we will divide price per week according to the actual number of nights booked, following the discount plan and season rates that differs during high, peak and low season.

Discounts 10-30%
Long stay reservations from 28 nights or more will be discounted as per details in the Booking Confirmation.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 3000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
