Description

Villa of 130 square meters spread over a living room, semi open kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a guest toilet. Spacious terrace and pool deck.

Kitchen can be accessed with a sliding door close to the entrance and the combined dining room holds a rustic wooden table and sofas for up to eight persons. Fridge with freezer, gas stove and ceramic hob, microwave, built in UV-filter for drinking water, various kitchen utensils. The doors towards the terrace, installed with mosquito nets, accessing a roofed terrace with another dining set outdoor with ceiling fans – perfect for breakfast in the shadow. The terrace merging into the pool deck surrounding the 25 sqm pool with sofa part facing the sunset and a shallow children’s section. A coffee table set for two is located close to the pool.
