A stunning villa with a stunning location! Large living room / kitchen with a generous chill area and 55 inch Smart-Tv and breakfast bar with four bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, oven, electric stove, microwave,  dish washer, cold water dispenser, wine fridge, all kinds of kitchen equipment and two air-conditioners.

At the rear part of the ground floor you reach bedroom 1 with a king size bed, wardrobe, cabinet for linen and air-conditioner. Bedroom 2 contains a queen size bed, wardrobe, low cabinet, chest of drawers and air conditioning. The master bathroom with shower has also a bath tub. There is a guest toilet as well within easy reach.

Upper floor
Two identical bed rooms 3 & 4 with a total of four single beds, chest of drawers and bed lamps. In the hallway you have another small bedroom 5 with a king size bed and air-conditioner big enough two get those two extra beds needed. One of the bathrooms upstairs is serving those three bedrooms. Walking out to the front side of the upper floor, and the master bedroom 6 is speaking for itself! With a king size bed overlooking the Andaman Sea, private bathroom en suite and two armchairs for relaxing moments – this room gives you the ultimate relaxation which holidays are all about!

Outdoor
Large terrace under roof with both chill area and outdoor dining area, barstools, sun loungers, resting chairs, pavilion, garden plantations – there are several stations to rest, socialise and enjoy day and night. Outdoor shower are situated at the pool and on the side of the house.

The beach front overlooks Phi-Phi islands where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets every night. It cannot get much better! ​

Price per week is valid from min 5 up to 27 night’s stay and only an estimate for a quick calculation. In the Booking Confirmation, we will divide price per week according to the actual number of nights booked, following the discount plan and season rates that differs during high, peak and green season. Please note during green season seven nights or more will be confirmed!

Discounts 10%
Long stay reservations from 28 nights or more will be discounted as per details in the Booking Confirmation.

Tillkommer

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 5000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
