Description

Exclusive and well equipped 1½-storey villa of 156 square meters plus a large terrace under roof. Spacious living room combined with, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest toilet. Pool area with sala for chill out. Beautiful upgraded pool area! Pétanque (boule) built 2022 along the villa garden.

Ground floor
Large kitchen/family room with air-conditioner and dining area for eight persons. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, gas/electric stove, dishwasher, microwave and cold water dispenser and various kitchen utensils.

Bedroom 1 contains a king size bed, large wardrobe and air-conditioner. Bedroom 2 contains a king size bed and a queen sized sofa bed for two children or one adult. Spacious wardrobe, air-conditioner and a Smart-Tv. Bedroom 3 contains a king size bed, large wardrobe and air-conditioner. Large, luxurious marble bathroom with tub, shower, toilet and sink. A guest bathroom with toilet and sink.

Large living room with sofas for about eight persons and air-conditioner. Tv with Chrome cast.

The roof covered terrace has a dining set as well as sofa set for chilling out and a pavilion in connection to the terrace. Private pool 7 x 3.5 m with sun loungers, parasolls and outdoor shower. Pétanque (boule) built 2022 along the villa garden, measuring 2.25 x 10.5 m.
