Description

The sliding doors access the combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, micro, cold water dispenser and various household items. The living area also holds a dining area.

Bedroom 1 contains a king sized double bed, 180 cm wide. Bedroom 2 contains bunk bed for two persons. Bedroom 3 on the left side loft has one single bed and a dedicated working space. Bedroom 4 the loft on the right side has two single beds that easy can be arranged as a double bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The two bathrooms has a shower with hot water, sink and toilet. Washing machine in the left bathroom.

There is a generous pool deck around the private pool with sun chairs and resting chairs.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 5000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
