Description

The sliding doors access the combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, micro, dish washer, cold water dispenser and various household items. The living area also holds a dining area. One feature in this villa is the ramp that makes it easier for disabled people accessing the pool deck from the ground.

Bedroom 1 contains a queen sized double bed, 150 cm wide. Bedroom 2 contains bunk bed for two persons. Bedroom 3 on the loft has two single beds that easily can be put together as a double bed. Bedroom 4 on the loft has two single beds with a room divider between the beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The first bathroom has a shower with hot water, sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a bigger shower area with a shower curtain, instead of cabin, for easier access with wheel chair air and walking support. Washing machine.

There is a generous pool deck around the private pool with sun chairs, outdoor shower and an outdoor dining area.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 5000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
