Description

The sliding doors at the pool side, access the combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, micro, dishwasher, cold water dispenser and various household items. The living area also holds an indoor dining area and a sofa area with coffee table. Smart-Tv 43 inch is installed.

Bedroom 1 contains a king sized double bed, 180 cm wide. Bedroom 2 contains a bunk bed with two single sized beds. Bedroom 3 on the left side loft has two single beds that can be put together as a double bed. Bedroom 4 on the right side loft has two single beds and a dedicated working space for a great view facing the palm trees and the beach. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The two bathrooms has a shower with hot water, sink and toilet.

There is a generous pool deck around the private pool with sun chairs and outdoor dining table. Separate stairs leads up to the roof terrace overlooking the ocean side.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 5000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
