Description

The sliding doors access the combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, ceramic top stove, dishwasher, micro, cold water dispenser and various household items. The living area also holds a dining area.

Bedroom 1 contains a queen sized double bed, 150 cm wide. Bedroom 2 contains bunk bed for two persons or three children in a queen size on the lower part and a single bed above. Bedroom 3 on the left side loft has two single beds that can be put together as a double bed and a third single as stand alone. A dedicated work area providing the best view possible for a relaxing yet creative environment. Bedroom 4 on the right side loft has one single bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The two bathrooms has a shower with hot water, sink and toilet.

A generous pool deck surrounding the private pool with plenty of space for the out door shower, sun chairs, dinging table and chill areas under the grass roof. A roof top terrace is also added to this villa where you have another resting area with view towards the sea and the magical sunsets that Lanta is known for.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 5000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
