Description

The sliding doors access the combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, electric stove, micro, dish washer, cold water dispenser and various household items. The living area also holds a dining area.

Bedroom 1 contains a queen sized double bed, 150 cm wide. Bedroom 2 contains bunk bed for two persons where the lower bed can comfortable fit an adult but the upper bed is suitable for a child/teenager. Bedroom 3 on the loft on your left side has two single beds 90 cm wide. Bedroom 4 on the loft on the right side has a single bed. Bedroom 5 is situated next to the pool,  has a sofa bed for two persons, a 55′ Smart-Tv and some storage. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The two bathrooms has a shower with hot water, sink and toilet.

There is a generous pool deck around the private pool with sun chairs, outdoor shower and outdoor dining table.

This villa is located in the front row of the Manao residential area with an unspoiled view towards Andaman Sea.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 5000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
