This villa is located in the front row of the Manao residential area with an unspoiled view towards the sunset and the Andaman Sea. This plot is the biggest in the area with around 24 meter of the front facing the ocean. The sliding doors access the combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, electric hob, micro, dish washer, cold water dispenser and various household items. The living area also holds a dining set and sofa area with a wall mounted 43 inch Smart-Tv. the hallway also have a a small dedicated working space. What differs this unit from many other are a spiral stair case to the loft with the roof terrace.

Bedroom 1 contains a double bed 180 cm. Bedroom 2 contains double bed (150 cm) for two persons. Bedroom 3 on the loft has two single beds that can be put together as a double bed 180 cm. Bedroom 4 on the loft has two single bed that can be put together as a double 180 cm. Please note that both lofts are accessibly from the outside stairs. All our bedrooms have air conditioning.

The two bathrooms has a shower with hot water, sink and toilet. One bathroom also has a Wash-and-Dry installed.

There is a generous pool deck around the private pool of 3.5 x 8 meter with sun chairs, dining set a large sofa group for chill-out with sail roof for shadow, an outdoor shower and a bbq grill.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 5000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
