Description

The sliding doors access the combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, micro, dish washer, cold water dispenser and various household items. The living area also holds a dining area.

Bedroom 1 contains a queen sized double bed, 150 cm wide. Bedroom 2 contains bunk bed for two persons. Bedroom 3 on the left side of the loft has two single beds that can be configured as a double bed. Bedroom 4 on the right side of the loft has two single beds with a room divider between for some privacy. This room also has a dedicated working space. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

The two bathrooms has a shower with hot water, sink and toilet. Washing machine in the bathroom on the right side.

There is a generous pool deck around the private pool with resting chairs and an outdoor dinging set as well as a sala next to the pool for chill out.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 5000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
