One story villa consisting of three buildings where the two bedroom buildings with their own bathrooms form a hallway to the courtyard where a 12 sq.m. pool is lit up in the evening. The inner courtyard connects to the third building with a living room and kitchen and associated sleeping alcove with bunk bed and a guest toilet. Access to an outdoor terrass with an outdoor shower.

Living room with sofa, 43′ Smart-Tv plus Apple-Tv and air conditioning. A dedicated work place with adjustable chair and table lamp. From the living room there is connection to a guest toilet and a sleeping alcove with bunk bed. Kitchen with dining area for six persons and equipped with fridge / freezer, gas stove / oven, microwave, cold water dispenser, various kitchen utensils and air conditioning.

Bedroom 1 contains a king size double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning.

Bedroom 2 contains two single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning.

Both bedrooms have large windows and sliding doors to the pool and the terrace. Each bedroom has attached tiled bathrooms with toilet and shower.

Bedroom 3 is a sleeping alcove with a bunk bed for two persons, each 90 cm wide.

Price per week is valid from min 5 up to 27 night’s stay and only an estimate for a quick calculation. In the Booking Confirmation, we will divide price per week according to the actual number of nights booked, following the discount plan and season rates that differs during high, peak and green season.

Discounts 10-30%
Long stay reservations from 28 nights or more will be discounted as per details in the Booking Confirmation.

Tillkommer

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 1500 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
