Description

Combined kitchen / hallway equipped with fridge with separate freezer at the bottom, sink, ceramic cooking top, built-in oven, cold water dispenser, miscellaneous housewares. The sleeping area is divided by a curtain that can be pulled out and create some privacy. The bunk bed, with an extra pull-out bed, allowing total three persons. Dedicated desk for distance working and air condition is aslo installed in they space. The hallway have plenty of storage for bedlinen and clothes – also added a chest of drawers.

Open plan living room/bedroom with sofa, king size double bed, dining area for five persons, a Samsung 55 inch UHD Smart-Tv, air conditioning, a balcony with sofa area and view towards the sunset.

Bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and storage. The apartment had a total make over with new paint, fabrics, furniture and a new modern kitchen installed during 2020 to create a functional and modern feel that makes a comfortable stay especially for long stay guests.

Price per week is valid from min 5 up to 27 nights stay and only an estimate for a quick calculation. In the Booking Confirmation we will divide price per week according to the actual number of nights booked, following the discount plan and season rates that differs during high, peak and low season.

Long stay reservations from 28 nights or more will be discounted as per details in the Booking Confirmation.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 1500 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
