Villa Lanta (Type C) is a well planned unit with everything you need within easy reach. Living room and kitchen in an open plan solution. Kitchen has a sink with hot water, fridge with separate freezer at the bottom, built in micro combined grill oven. Ceramic hob with four zones. LED panels for the best working environment dimmable and wireless, sink with colander, water filter system, cabinet prepared for dishwasher installation from beginning or at a later stage. Work top include laminate but can also be exchanged to granite top if preferred. Bathroom with toilet and warm water in the shower and the wash basin.

The bedroom have space for king or queen size bed, wardrobe and a dedicated working space. A silent aircon in the bedroom is included. Ceiling fan is option since some people prefer installing a mosquito net over the bed which makes it possible for wall fan instead.

The terrace is suitable for a coffee table and some chairs. A storage is accessible from the terrace with a separate door for your suitcases and bulky things not needed on a daily basis.

Depending on your need and how you use the villa, it will be handed over ”key ready” as shown in the basic model. If you want to max it out and create your own ”hideaway paradise” you can add your private pool, with or without a pool deck, if you don’t  want to wait for the common pool to be built in the area later. The location towards the recent settled palm oil plantation, in exchange for the previous mosquito friendly rubber forest, offers not only a harmonious view, but also provides maximum privacy that will ensure you a relaxing stay all year around.
