Ground floor
A two-bedroom villa with 158 square meters spread out on two floors. Sliding doors at the front brings you directly in to the kitchen and living room, unless you prefer to enter from the side of the villa where the second entrance door is located where you find a small hallway with storage. The kitchen is modern and well planned with built in oven and microwave. Easy to order your favorite colors of doors and drawer fronts to set your personal touch. Built in ceramic hob with four zones. LED panels for the best working environment, refrigerator with separate freezer at the bottom, sink with colander, water filter system, hot water, cabinet prepared for dishwasher installation from beginning or at a later stage. Work top include laminate but can also be exchanged to granite top if prefferred.

Living room can be fitted for a dining table and sofa area or why not a bigger dining table to be prepared for those social coming events? The sliding doors have mosquito net and built in ventilation will reduce the need of using aircons all the time. Add some ceiling or wall fans and let the cool breeze at The Hill do the job.

Back of the building you have Bedroom 1 with space for a single bed and working desk and lots of storage for bed linen and personal stuff. Silent air-conditioner included. If you prefer a double bed, and skip the working desk, that is also an option. Bathroom with hot water in shower and sink, toilet and prepared for washing machine. Depending on your needs, even a tumble dryer can be a good idea if staying on Lanta throughout the rain season. It can be very humid over long periods and drying clothes outdoor can be a time consuming task.

The space under the stairs at the hallway in the back is natural space to tow away luggage and bulky stuff, but the door is moved in a bit to give natural space for hooks and hangers as well as your shoes easy accessible directly at the entrance door. When we design we think of three corner stones; Aesthetically beautiful, practical and of course comfortable. When all these three aspects are considered, we usually tick the most of the boxes and seldom compromises have to be made.

Upper floor
Next to the kitchen you have the stairs leading to the upper floor where the Tv-room is illustrated with a cozy sofa on the 3D-drawings. Maybe you want to set your home-office here instead? You find the Master Bedroom 2 with a private bathroom attached. Since the view from the second floor is breathtaking to wake up to, it is also possible to have your working space behind the bed overlooking the view daytime as well. Some people find that both inspiring, relaxing and enjoyable. Silent air-conditioner included. The compressor unit is placed with consideration so we actually can hear the birds also. Storage for your clothes and personal stuff and the door into the bathroom where you have hot water in shower and faucet. Windows with mosquito net can be kept open for free ventilation.

The luxury feature on the upper floor is the balcony that is covered under roof for shadow and rain that we do have on Lanta occationally. The balcony is transforming seamless into the walkways around the unit, not only for easily cleaning windows but big enough to set your favourite chair and table in the weather direction you prefer during the early hours in the morning, daytime and during these lovely evenings when the sun start to set behind the Lanta mountain and cooling down the area. Sitting in the shadow of your house around 5 p.m. while the sun is still keeping the mountains and the greenery on Lanta Noi, few kilometers away, glowing another magical hour.

“Villa Thailand” with two bedrooms fits many and we are building eight units where you basically will have approximately four meters in front of your house and a clear divider to the neighboring unit. Some units offer a suitable space at the front to fit a smaller pool and depending on the location, some units is more suitable to have a pool installed on the side of the villa. The pool is not included and not everyone need one since we are building a common pool later.

All these units are built 3 meters from the land border and placed to get maximum privacy and open space to the center of the garden where we all can enjoy pavilions, salas and chill areas for socializing, surrounded by beautiful plantations.


Our residential area will focus on Lanta-lovers, newbies or veterans are all welcome! Some of our “early birds” from 2004 doesn’t need the family product any longer in the more busy school areas, nor built-in sport facilities, which is easy to find elsewhere on Lanta. The Hill will be a pure residential area set in a calm, lush and tropical environment – that is what we are aiming for. The recent upgrade of the new roads and the second bridge that is officially already started March 2022 is a positive sign that Lanta is now transforming from an earlier remote island to be a part of the main land within Krabi District which also provides even more exciting investment possibility than ever before. We were already setting the phase for Lanta with the first residential area adjacent to Southern Lanta Resort already back in 2004, they were the very first investors on Lanta and the majority of them reminded us ten years later that we kept the promise of having reached the ROI – return-on-investment – exactly ten years later! So we do have a lot of knowledge and experience gathered over the years that will be at your advantage! There will be some permanent living but mostly seasonal stays and option to renting out on a monthly basis for those who wish to do so. The International school at the bridge few minutes away is one group seeking long term rental at The Hill. We see other market groups phasing in as well which is exiting to observe.
