Four bedroom on two floors with private pool. Enter the entrance on the upper floor where you have three bedrooms and balconies towards the nature. Bedroom 1 on the right side is adjacent to the upper bathroom and has a king sized double bed and storage. A walkway over the atrium connects to the two bedrooms on the left side of the villa. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a working space and storage. Bedroom 3 is the master bedroom with a double bed and shower corner inside the bedroom and some storage.

The floating stairs bring you down to the lower floor where you have bedroom 4 on the right side with a double bed and some storage. the open area here is massive with dining area in he center with dining table with eight chairs, kitchen on the left side and sofa area with a 85 inch Smart Tv on the right side – all in an open plan layout. All three spaces have sliding doors out to the private pool and outdoor deck.

Kitchen is modern with everything you need and a kitchen island with barstools to hang out while your chef is preparing your meal. The dining table is easy turned into a pool table when there are some gaming activities coming up.

The pool is 1.75 deep and has a sunken sitting area with the pool water keeping you cool during those warm days.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit of 10K plus an estimate for utilities of 3000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost, read by meters, is balanced at check out and you only pay who you used. Please note the safety deposit can also be in other currency equivalent to 10'000 THB during your stay in order to avoid leaving the country with local currency.
