Bedroom 1 contains a king size bed, side tables, large closet, mirror. air-condition and a dedicated desk for distance working. Bedroom 2 is decorated with two single beds, a wardrobe and air-condition. The bathroom is nicely designed in tiles and contains a shower, toilet and sink. Bedroom 3 has a separate access from the terrace, containing a queen size double bed, a refrigerator, toilet, air-condition and a dedicated desk for distance working.

On the approximately 35 sq.m. roof covered terrace is a dining set for up to eight persons. A seating area for five persons incl coffee table. Pool deck with a private pool measuring 7 x 3.5 m with outdoor shower and two sun loungers. The children’s pool area is 2 x 3.5 m. The elevated pool deck was built 2017.

Price per week is valid from min 5 up to 27 night’s stay and only an estimate for a quick calculation. In the Booking Confirmation, we will divide price per week according to the actual number of nights booked, following the discount plan and season rates that differs during high, peak and green season.

Long stay reservations from 28 nights or more will be discounted as per details in the Booking Confirmation.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 3000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
