Description

Combined living room and kitchen with sitting area for four persons, air-conditioner, ceiling fan and a 43 inch Smart-Tv. The kitchen is equipped with breakfast bar and bar stools, fridge/freezer, gas/electric stove, oven, microwave, cold water machine and various kitchen utensils.

Bedroom 1 contains a king size bed, open wardrobe, AC and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 contains a king size bed, open wardrobe, working desk, with chair and lamp, AC and ceiling fan. The bathroom contains a washing machine, shower, toilet and sink.

The 30 sq.m. roof covered terrace holds a dining area for six people, large sofa with coffee table and ceiling fans. Pool 7 x 3.5 m with deck chairs with matching table and outdoor shower.
A safety feature at the terrace is the gate integrated with the fence to seal off the stairs for smaller children.

Price per week is valid from min 5 up to 27 night’s stay and only an estimate for a quick calculation. In the Booking Confirmation, we will divide price per week according to the actual number of nights booked, following the discount plan and season rates that differs during high, peak and green season.

Long stay reservations from 28 nights or more will be discounted as per details in the Booking Confirmation.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 3000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
