A three bedroom villa for seven people that had an extensive makeover Oct 2026 with comfort, quality and a modern aesthetic in mind! Private pool and three bathrooms with showers makes it perfect for friends traveling or the big family that needs some private space for longer stays. A baby cot and high chair are available in the villa for free if traveling with toddlers.

Entrance hallway pass through the two bedroom buildings on each side and opens up to the heart of this unit – the common area with the private pool (150 cm deep) and a U-shaped sofa set for chilling out all day since the roofing provides shadow and rain protection so the cushion pads can stay outside even for green season when there might be some rain showers now and then. The pool is under open air.

Bedroom1 on the left side has a 150 wide queen sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and air conditioner. Window towards the pool area. Bathroom en suite with hot water in both shower and sink.

Bedroom2 on the right side has two single beds, two private wardrobes, chest of drawers and air conditioner. Window towards the sofa area next to the pool. One single bed has a pullout for a seventh person. Bathroom en suite with hot water in both shower and sink.

The main building provides a kitchen/dining area, bathroom with shower, a storage with washing machine and the master bedroom. The bedroom has a view towards the pool and also a private balcony overlooking the sunset towards west. Ideal for the morning coffee. Bedroom3 has a double bed 18o wide, bedside tables, chest of drawers with a 55 inch Samsung Smart-Tv with soundbar.

The kitchen and dining room provide space for 6-8 people. New installed kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, sink with hot water, built in microwave and oven and easy to serve drinks and snacks for the outdoor seating area. Coffee brewer but also capsule coffee machine (10 capsules included at checkin). If you like home cooking here you can do that with ease. Side by side fridge with freezer.

Price per week is valid from min 5 up to 27 night’s stay and only an estimate for a quick calculation. In the Booking Confirmation, we will divide price per week according to the actual number of nights booked, following the discount plan and season rates that differs during high, peak and green season.

Discounts 10%
Stays from 28 nights or more will be discounted with maximum 10%.

Utilities are not included in the rent
Utilities are read by meters during your stay and charged as follows;
Electricity 8 THB per kWh
Water 20 THB per Cubic meter

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 3000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
