Description

Two-story building with three bedrooms and two bathrooms located couple of minutes from the main village Saladan. Lo Duyong is the first village on the north-east side when coming from Saladan. The villa area is expected to be completed 25/26 but we can already now offer monthly rentals in this unit with full service.

The entrance leads you in to the upper floor of the villa. Bedroom1 has a queen sized double bed, a silent air conditioner, wardrobe and a working desk. Bathroom1 with hot water shower, toilet and hot water faucet. The hallway opens up in to kitchen, dining and living room area with lots of windows and beautiful view through the balcony overlooking the mountains on Lanta Noi and the mainland. The sliding doors in the living room leads out to the balcony that is deeper than the standard and space for sofas and dining chairs.

The upper floor with entrance, bedroom1, bathroom and access to the wider balcony is adapted and suitable for disabled people.

The kitchen is well equipped with all you need for advanced cooking. Induction hob with four zones, hood, built in oven, cutlery, serving plates and china. Built-in microwave and a fridge with a separate freezer at the bottom. Living/dining room, two silent air-conditioner, dining table for six people.  Living area has a bed sofa (140 x 200 cm) that can be used for the seventh person.

Wooden stairs bring you down to the lower floor where you find the laundry area with a Wash n’ Dry machine so you can take care of your private laundry during your stay. The housekeeping cleans weekly and you can then let them set new bedlinen and towels when needed, and pay 50 Thb per kilo. Storage underneath the stairs for your suitcases and things not used daily. One door leads to the compressor units where you can dry clothes efficient outdoor under roof. Another door leads to a walkway outside the building to reach the pool area. Bathroom2  with hot water shower, toilet and hot water faucet.

Bedroom2 on the lower floor floor has two single beds that can be set together as a double bed. Large wardrobe with wire baskets and space for your clothes. Bedroom3 (master) has a double wardrobe and a 150 cm wide queen sized double bed. Silent air-conditioners in both bedrooms.

Master bedroom also has a sliding door to access the 170 cm deep pool directly. Outdoor shower and a sunken pavilion with benches and table for up to eight people – perfect for social evening gatherings!

The Hill Residence is a new concept on Lanta that reaches beyond the traditional holiday homes that is usually set up with other services close to gym, schools and many activities. You can still visit the crowded areas and those facilities when needed easily with a motorbike 5-10 mintes away. The Hill is focusing on the living experience itself with high standard, comfortable living blended with an aesthetic touch of details that creates a good vibe for your well being.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit of 10K plus an estimate for utilities of 3000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost, read by meters, is balanced at check out and you only pay who you used. Please note the safety deposit can also be in other currency equivalent to 10'000 THB during your stay in order to avoid leaving the country with local currency.
