One-story villa with one bedroom located couple of minutes from the main village Saladan. Lo Duyong is the first village on the north-east side when coming from Saladan. The residential area is expected to be fully ready 25/26 but we can offer renting for long term for those accepting some work might be going on nearby daytime, between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. so the evenings and night time is quiet and peaceful.

You enter via the terrace where you find privacy and the best spot for shadow and your morning coffee. A dining table and two chairs. Sliding doors into the building where you enter the living- and dining room. Dining table with four chairs, A 43-inch wall mounted smart-Tv, a sofa that can be turned in to a bed 140 cm comfortable for one adult or possible for two smaller persons. Kitchen well equipped for cooking, hot water in the sink and a water filter for drinking water. Coffee brewer, toaster, water kettle, blender and built in microwave oven. Washing machine (Wash n’ Dry). At the kitchen counter, a working space is incorporated with USB charger outlet. Air condition in kitchen/living/dining

Bathroom with hot water shower and faucet. Storage reach via ladder for stoving away suitcases etc for making space during longer stays.

Enter the master bedroom with a king size bed, storage boxes underneath. A chest of drawers with plenty of storage. Two wardrobes are hidden behind the curtain on each side of the sliding door towards the balcony. Air condition in bedroom. There are mosquito nets at several windows and easy to ventilate the unit without need of airconditiong all the time. The insulated roof keeps the unit cool as well.

The balcony on the east side of the house is perfect for afternoons and evenings since the sun has disappearing around noon and this is the outdoor area you will enjoy during evenings.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit of 10K plus an estimate for utilities of 1500 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost, read by meters, is balanced at check out and you only pay who you used. Please note the safety deposit can also be in other currency equivalent to 10'000 THB during your stay in order to avoid leaving the country with local currency.
