Description

Exclusive and well-equipped beachfront villa of about 120 square meters plus a large, roofed terrace. Spacious combined living room and kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest toilet. Beautiful pool area with an extra-large pool of 120 square meter facing Phi Phi islands.

Spacious kitchen/living room with comfortable sofa set and 75 inch Smart-Tv with Apple-Tv and a dining area for six persons. The kitchen is equipped with AC, fridge/freezer, oven, gas/electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, cold and hot water dispenser and various kitchen utensils.

Bedroom 1 contains a bunk bed with a queen size bed plus a single bed, wardrobe and AC. Bedroom 2 contains a king size bed, sofa bed, dedicated working area with two ergonomic chairs, 65 inch Smart-Tv, wardrobes and AC. Bedroom 3 contains a king size bed, desk, wardrobes and AC. Large luxurious marble bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. In addition, a smaller guest bathroom with toilet and sink.

Spacious terrace with wonderful sea view over Phi Phi Islands. Furnished with a comfortable rattan set for six persons and dining set for eight persons. The infinity pool of about 120 sq.m. you find sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The pool is 20 meter long and 1,80 deep – enough for volts turnaround.
