The villa is located in the village of Yey Lee between Tung Yee Peng and Lanta Old Town so motorbike or car is recommended for a comfortable stay.

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit of 10K plus an estimate for utilities of 3000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost, read by meters, is balanced at check out and you only pay who you used. Please note the safety deposit can also be in other currency equivalent to 10'000 THB during your stay in order to avoid leaving the country with local currency.
