The Hill Residence B2 Upper

Description

Hill B2 Upper was built 2025 and aims for comfortable long term rental for guests on a budget, aiming for modern and high standard.

The unit has entrance at ground level and a hallway with washing machine for your private laundry, shoe cabinet and storage for suitcases. On the upper floor you enter the kitchen area, dining and chill area with sofa that also access to the balcony with view. The sofa is easily converted into a bed 80 x 200 cm (for one person).  A Lan connector is prepared in the wall opposite the sofa.

Kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob with two zones, built in microwave and oven. Hot water in the sink as well as a filter system for fresh drinking water. Built in microwave oven next to the spacious fridge with separate freezer below. Coffee brewer, toaster, blender, hot water kettle and full set of china with servering plates. Working light can be set to full or dim down for a more ambient atmosphere in the evenings. The kitchen counter is extended all the way to the wall which makes it perfect use for distance working. The dining table is set up for two people but can be extended and add an extra chair.

The bedroom is air conditioned and holds a king sized double bed. Sliding doors from the bedroom to a balcony. We use Daikin Aircons that are efficient and very quiet. During daytime it is recommended to open doors and windows with mosquito nets to get a natural breeze flowing through the unit, that also helps keeping the utility cost down to a minimum. There is a 55 inch Smart-Tv wirelessly connected to the Internet router that has a speed of 500/500 Mb up and down.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit of 10K plus an estimate for utilities of 1500 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost, read by meters, is balanced at check out and you only pay who you used. Please note the safety deposit can also be in other currency equivalent to 10'000 THB during your stay in order to avoid leaving the country with local currency.
