Description

A new renovated pool villa that was upgraded 2023. Parking space for car and motorbikes protected within the premises. Sofa area under roof close to the 14 meter long pool, down to 170 cm deep. An outdoor kitchenette for lighter cooking under roof.
Two bedrooms with two twin beds each (90 cm) sharing a bathroom on the ground floor.

Stairs to the upper floor bings you in to a roofed terrace with outdoor dining as well as a spacious sofa set and coffee table. You enter via the Tv-room and living area with a three-seated sofa.

Two bedrooms with two king size beds and private bathrooms where one baht holds a washing machine. One bedroom has a private balcony.

Spacious kitchen with Ceramic hob, oven and microwave and fully equipped with all amenities needed. Kitchen has stairs to the roof terrace where sun loungers or cushions can be used. A truly bright and beautiful villa with lots of space for up to two families possible.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 5000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
