Description

Apartment 1A is located on the ground floor that differs a little from the other units in the building since it was completed Feb 2020. The entrance door leads directly in to the living room with a L-shaped sofa and a coffee table in front of a Smart-Tv. Here you also have a dining table and refrigerator and doors to the two bedrooms. 

Bedroom 1 with a king size bed, air-conditioner, wardrobe and a private bathroom with a shower cabin, sink and toilet.
Bedroom 2 contains a king size bed, mirror, wardrobe and air-conditioner. Private en suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. Dedicated work desk with proper chair and desk lamp.

Long stay reservations from 28 nights or more will be discounted as per details in the Booking Confirmation.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 1500 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
