Ground floor
There are two entrances leading in to the living room and kitchen with sunken seating area, 55 inch TV with HDMI. Dining set for 12 persons, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric hob with 4 zones, built in oven and various household equipment. The room has aircon and ceiling fans.
Bedroom 1, left side: Double bed, fan, aircon, cieling fan, dedicated working space and a wardrobe. Mosquito net at window.
Bedroom 2 right side: Double bed (as two 3.5 foot singels tighter), ceiling fan, aircon and a wardrobe. Mosquito net at window.
Bathroom 1, between the bedrooms: Shower, toilet and two wash basins.

Upper floor with four bedrooms
A majestic wood stairs leads up to the upper floor to a large living room with a variety of social functions possible, a corner sofa, pool table and aircon. If traveling with teenagers, this is the hangout!
Bedroom 3: Double bed, storage and an aircon. From bedroom 3, there is a narrow stairs leading up to the cocktail veranda on the the roof top overlooking the Andean Sea – a perfect spot for the sunset hour!
Bedroom 4: Double bed, fan, aircon working desk and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 5: Double bed, wall fan, aircon, dedicated working space and a wardrobe. Bathroom en suite with toilet and shower.
Bathroom 3 between the bedroom 5 and 6 with toilet and shower.
Bedroom 6: Double bed, wall fan, aircon and a wardrobe.

A lush garden surrounding the pool area that offers great privacy. The pool has a section with a seating area as well as a deeper section for diving and jumping. The pool deck is decorated with sun loungers, outdoor shower and a roofed pavilion – perfect for a relaxing nap. The terrass leading up to the house you have coffee table and eight chairs under shadow with ceiling and wall fans. At the entrance of the house you find a parking space for motorbikes or a car.

Price per week is valid from min 5 up to 27 night’s stay and only an estimate for a quick calculation. In the Booking Confirmation, we will divide price per week according to the actual number of nights booked, following the discount plan and season rates that differs during high, peak and green season.

Long stay reservations from 28 nights or more will be discounted as per details in the Booking Confirmation.

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 5000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
