A sofa area with Smart-Tv to create a chill area for the children with movie access when parents use the outdoor space. Large covered terrace furnished with a dining area for ten people. Pool deck with private swimming pool including children’s pool and two sun loungers and resting chairs.

Open living room with a sofa and exit to a large balcony with sea view. Bedroom 3 contains two single beds, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps, and air conditioner. Bedroom 4 with two single beds, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps, and air conditioner. Bedroom 5 with a double king size bed, shelfs, an armchair and floor lamp and air conditioner. Marble bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and towel racks.

Price per week is valid from min 5 up to 27 night’s stay and only an estimate for a quick calculation. In the Booking Confirmation, we will divide price per week according to the actual number of nights booked, following the discount plan and season rates that differs during high, peak and green season.

Discounts 10-30%
Long stay reservations from 28 nights or more will be discounted as per details in the Booking Confirmation.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 5000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
