A big hallway open up to the living room where you find a 55 inch Smart-Tv centered between big three sofas and a table and air conditioning. This floor also contains Bedroom 1 with air conditioning, a king size bed plus a single bed, chest of drawers and an open wardrobe. A bathroom with shower and a separate laundry room with washing machine, a tumble dryer and some storage.
A door leads outside on the back of the house to the walkway of villa D1-D3 where the small parking spot suitable for rented motorbikes or even a small car. From the ground floor you also have a veranda and few steps down to the spacious pool area with children’s section and a deck with six sun beds and an outdoor shower.
The staircase lead up to the second floor with Bedroom 2 on your right side, a single bed (105 cm), a working desk and chair. Continuing forward to Master Bedroom 3 with air conditioning, a king size bed, wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers and attached on suite bathroom including shower.
Facing the front side of the villa, Bedroom 4 with air conditioning, king size bed, bathroom on suite with shower, sofa and a wall mounted Tv with HDMI. Access to the balcony with two armchairs for relaxing moments.
This floor give this villa its character when entering the kitchen overlooking the low rise buildings in the front with a perfect ocean view facing the sunset of course. This is the hang out area where food, Jacuzzi dipping and socialising will set most of the holiday memories! Dining table for eight persons, sofa and sofa table, jacuzzi with waterfall down to ground floor.
Indoors you have a storage and guest toilet. The kitchen is luxury equipped with wine fridge, kitchen counter with stove with gas four burners, a section for deep frying food and a grill, two hoods, built-in coffee machine, oven, microwave and a side-by-side fridge/freezer with ice machine and a water tap with chilled, filtered drinking water. Kitchen island with three bar stools.
Pool including children’s area, outdoor shower and six sun beds. There is also a small parking for motorbikes on the plot.

Price per week is valid from min 5 up to 27 night’s stay and only an estimate for a quick calculation. In the Booking Confirmation, we will divide price per week according to the actual number of nights booked, following the discount plan and season rates that differs during high, peak and green season.
Long stay reservations from 28 nights or more will be discounted as per details in the Booking Confirmation.

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 5000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
