A spacious villa of 75 square meters with three bedrooms and two Smart-Tv.

A popular villa with some more privacy in the garden. Living room with a sofa set for six persons, coffee table, side tables, stylish designed bookcase, Smart-Tv and AC. Semi open kitchen with dining area for four to six persons, equipped with fridge/freezer, gas/electric stove, microwave, cold water dispenser and various kitchen utensils.

Two bedrooms have direct access to the terrace. Bedroom 1, one king size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, working desk with comfortable chair and air conditioning. Bedroom 2, two single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe and air conditioning. Bedroom 3, one queen size bed, a wall mounted 43′ Smart-Tv, wardrobe and air conditioning.

The bathroom is designed in marble and holds a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine.

On the terrace there is a dining area for six persons. Pool area with pavilion and outdoor shower. The pool measures (l*w*d) 6,8 * 3,5 * 1,6 m.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 3000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
