Pool Villa of about 162 square meters divided into a kitchen with balcony access, two bedrooms with separate bathrooms, third bedroom and living room on upper floor with two balconies towards east and west. Patio next to the pool that can easily be child protected. The villa's all windows, that can be slided away, allows light and cool breeze flow naturally letting in- and outdoor merge together.
Two-story villa consisting of three buildings where the two-bedroom buildings with their on suite bathrooms form a doorway to the courtyard where a 12 sqm pool is lit up in the evening. The patio is connecting to the third building with a spacious living room and a kitchen and a third bathroom with a shower that is conveniently used for guests using the day bed or bedroom on upper floor.
A staircase leads up to the third bedroom with two single beds, working desk and open wardrobes. Passing the bedroom and you have a family room with Tv connected to Chrome cast and DvD movies for children in the Scandinavian languages. The large windows on both sides of the living room can be fully opened to let the light and the breeze flow freely both daytime and in the evening. The big balcony towards the sunset gives an impressive view in three directions. The second balcony, towards east, stretches along the whole building where you get the impact from the rain forest as a beautiful backdrop.
Bedroom 1, or master bedroom, contains a king size double bed, wall mounted Tv with Chrome cast, wardrobe and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 contains two single beds, open wardrobes, working desk and air conditioning. Both bedrooms have large windows and sliding doors to the pool and courtyard as well as individually attached tiled bathrooms with toilet and shower. Both second and third bedroom have full length beds and can be used for adults but are designed to attract the younger family members for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, gas stove / oven, micro, water cooler and various household items. The kitchen table is suitable for six persons.
In the kitchen, under the stairs, is a day bed which can be used as a queen sized double bed, with drapery which provides some privacy. From the kitchen you also have access to another balcony.

Price per week is valid from min 5 up to 27 night’s stay and only an estimate for a quick calculation. In the Booking Confirmation, we will divide price per week according to the actual number of nights booked, following the discount plan and season rates that differs during high, peak and green season.
Long stay reservations from 28 nights or more will be discounted as per details in the Booking Confirmation.

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 1500 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
