Description

The pool area is surrounded with a generous pool deck and seating area under the stars just inside the entrance doors. Extended terrace with dining set and ceiling fans. The sliding doors open up to the living room with Tv (HDMI connection for your device) and sofa in an open plan design with the kitchen incorporated. Built in oven, microwave and dishwasher. Gas stove with electric hot plate as well. From the kitchen you access a bathroom with hot water shower and toilet. Bedroom 1 towards the pool area with a King sized double bed.

Bedroom 2 with a king sized double bed, plenty of storage and a working desk. Private bathroom with hot water shower and Wash n’ dry machine. Bedroom 3 has queen sized double bed with wardrobe and a working desk. Between the bedroom 2 and 3, you find a guest toilet with access from the kitchen.

Price per week is valid from min 5 up to 27 nights stay and only an estimate for a quick calculation. In the Booking Confirmation we will divide price per week according to the actual number of nights booked, following the discount plan and season rates that differs during high, peak and low season.

Long stay reservations from 28 nights or more will be discounted as per details in the Booking Confirmation.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 3000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
