Description

Villa of about 77 square meters, divided into a large kitchen / family room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Pool area built 2021.

Bedroom 1 contains a king size bed, large wardrobe, desk and AC. Bedroom 2 contains a queen size bed, two side tables, wardrobe and AC. Bedroom 3 contains a queen size bed, two side tables, wardrobe and air-conditioner and sliding door towards the terrace. The house is equipped with two large marble bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink.

The spacious terrace and pool deck, around 100 square meters all together, has got ceiling fans and several furniture sets and tables. The pool 4 x 8 meters offers you enough light to take some laps of swimming and can also use the under water sofa for just a cooling off and relaxing those hot days. The tropical flowers and plants also offers some shadow on parts of the plot.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit plus an estimate for use of water and electricity of 3000 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost is balanced at check out.
