Description

Hill B1 was built 2025 and aims for comfortable long term rental for guests on a budget, aiming for modern and high standard.

The entrance floor offers kitchen, dining and living area, as well as bathroom, bedroom and a storage. Bedroom 1 has two single beds 90 cm wide that can be put together as a double bed. Generous storage to accommodate the people sleeping in sofa bed. Easy to cool down only this room with AC when you want to use the working desk for your distance work.

Kitchen is equipped with Induction hob with four zones, built in oven for those who like homemade bread for breakfast. Hot water in the sink as well as a filter system for fresh drinking water. Built in microwave oven next to the spacious fridge with separate freezer below. Coffee brewer, toaster, blender, hot water kettle and full set of china with servering plates. Working light can be set to full or dim down for a more ambient atmosphere in the evenings. Kitchen bar with four bar stools. Chill out in the sofa, and use tables or stools if you are many people. The sofa can be turned in to two beds 80 x 200 cm and this room has an AC as well. We use Daikin Aircons that are efficient and very quiet. During daytime it is recommended to open doors and windows with mosquito nets to get a natural breeze flowing through the unit, that also helps keeping the utility cost down to a minimum.

Terrace and walkways outside is wonderful to use after lunch when shadow prevails until next morning. Your suitcases, and things not needed on daily basis, are easy towed away under the stairs.

Bathroom on ground floor has hot water in shower and faucet a separate door towards the terrace and washing machine for your private laundry.

Upper floor
The wooden stairs leads to the upper floor where you enter an open space with sofas and wall mounted Smart-Tv that is connected directly to the Internet router that has a speed of 500/500 Mb up and down. Access to the roofed balcony with bar table and stools. Bedroom 2 (master bedroom) has a queen size double bed, storage with built in mirror and en suite bathroom with hot water in shower and faucet.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit of 10K plus an estimate for utilities of 1500 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost, read by meters, is balanced at check out and you only pay who you used. Please note the safety deposit can also be in other currency equivalent to 10'000 THB during your stay in order to avoid leaving the country with local currency.
