Description

Two-story building with two bedrooms and two bathrooms located couple of minutes from the main village Saladan. Lo Duyong is the first village on the north-east side when coming from Saladan. The villa area is expected to be fully ready 2025 but we can offer renting for long term.

The majestic stairs take you up to the ground floor where the social areas are with a spacious terrace with outdoor sofa set (dining set) and space for your yogamat in the sunrise. Entrance on the side of the building accessing the kitchen, bathroom and twin bedded room. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need for a meal. Induction hob with two zones, hood, built in oven, cutlery, serving plates and china. (Built-in microwave) and a fridge with a separate freezer at the bottom. Living/dining room, with a quiet air-conditioner, is set with a dining set for four persons. The big bathroom (has a Wash n’ Dry so you can take care of your private laundry during your stay). The housekeeping cleans weekly and you can then let them set new bedlinen and towles when needed, and pay 50 Thb per kilo. The bedroom1 on the ground floor has two single beds that can be set together as a double bed. Large wardrobe with wire baskets and space for your clothes. Quiet airconditioner in the bedroom.

Wooden stairs bring you to the upper floor where you find a sofa that can be turned into a wide bed suitable for one adult or two kids/teenagers. The block out curtain on both sides of the room makes it dark enough to sleep. (Prepared for Smart-Tv). Access to bedroom and the roofed balcony. Bedroom2 has a quiet air-conditioner, big wardrobe and a 150 cm wide queen sized double bed overlooking the great view of Lanta Noi and the mountains there. You can see the Lanta Siri Bridge between the greenery. Private access to the bathroom with shower and toilet. The windows facing the nature with the green, lush rainforest just outside. You can reach the roofed terrace both from the bedroom and the hallway. There is a bar counter with up to three bar stools possible to move around. The sunrise in the morning passes and shadow appears from 10.30 and the terrace will stay shaded afternoon and evening so this is a natural spot to imbibe the idyllic atmosphere, if you appreciate the nature around the corner.

The Hill Residence is a new concept on Lanta that reaches beyond the traditional holiday homes that is usually set up with other services close to gym, schools and many activities. You can still visit the crowded areas and those facilities when needed easily with a motorbike 5-10 mintes away. The Hill is focusing on the living experience itself with high standard, comfortable living blended with an aesthetic touch of details that creates a good vibe for your well being.

Additional

A service fee of 3800 THB will be added to the final payment for each booking. A Safety Deposit of 10K plus an estimate for utilities of 1500 THB per week will be pre-paid in cash at check-in. The actual cost, read by meters, is balanced at check out and you only pay who you used. Please note the safety deposit can also be in other currency equivalent to 10'000 THB during your stay in order to avoid leaving the country with local currency.
