Description

Two-story freestanding pool villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms located couple of minutes from the main village Saladan. Lo Duyong is the first village on the north-east side when coming from Saladan. 

The entrance leads you in to the upper floor of the villa. Bathroom1 with hot water shower, toilet and hot water faucet. The hallway opens up in to kitchen, dining and living room area with lots of windows and beautiful view through the balcony facing palm tree plantations next to a fresh water river from the mountains.

The kitchen is well equipped with all you need for advanced cooking. Induction hob with four zones, hood, built-in microwave oven and oven, cutlery, serving plates and china. A side-by-side fridge and freezer. Living/dining room, two silent air-conditioners, sofa set and dining table. Bedroom1 is set up as master bedroom with king size bed. Plenty of storage.

Wooden stairs bring you down to the lower floor where you find the Bathroom2  with hot water shower, toilet and hot water faucet. Bedroom2 is set up as a teenager room with gaming desk, storage and a queen sized double bed. Sliding door towards the private pool. Bedroom3 is romantically set up for a teenager with queen sized bed, storage and make up table. Sliding doors access the walk way and the bamboo pavilion at the pool deck.

Home office with working desk that can be elevated with a touch of a button. Air-condition and some storage.

Laundry area with a washing machine so you can take care of your private laundry during your stay. The housekeeping cleans weekly and you can then let them set new bedlinen and towels when needed, and pay 50 Thb per kilo, delivery the next day. Storage underneath the stairs for your suitcases and things not used daily.

The Hill Residence is a new concept on Lanta that reaches beyond the traditional holiday homes that is usually set up with other services close to gym, schools and many activities. You can still visit the crowded areas and those facilities when needed easily with a motorbike 5-10 mintes away. The Hill is focusing on the living experience itself with high standard, comfortable living blended with an aesthetic touch of details that creates a good vibe for your stay.
